Dr. Betty Dilley

Kaua'i, HI

Aloha! I’m Dr Betty Dilley, the physician owner of Vitality Kaua’i. I am a board
certified Emergency Medicine physician, who made the transition to
Aesthetics 5 years ago. Vitality Kaua’i is a comprehensive, boutique medical
aesthetic practice that has continued to experience exponential growth on a
tiny island, despite a global pandemic and a teetering economy. We doubled
our revenues yearly for the first 4 years and increased our year 4 revenue by
50% in year 5. This was all accomplished with 2 treatment rooms and only
600 sq. ft. of office space! Equally important, I have been able to maintain a
manageable work/life balance with vacation time away from the practice.
Although we’ve made some mistakes along the way, we’ve managed to do
many things well.

Like many of you, I started my practice with nothing more than a vision.
Reflecting back on my journey, something critical has stood out to me. In this
industry, there is a lack of solid, personalized, hands-on training geared for
physicians. I have attended (and wasted money on) countless hours of
mediocre, impersonal trainings, surrounded by midlevel providers. Because of
this, I am very excited to join AIP in hosting a small-group, physician-directed,
hands-on training on the beautiful Garden Island of Kaua’i this December. I

am excited to share my knowledge, experiences and a little slice of paradise
with you!

FYI (because you are always supposed to say something personal about
yourself), I happen to be afflicted with severe wanderlust. When I am not in
the office or traveling, I am usually researching and planning our next trip.
Sometimes, you will find me trying (unsuccessfully) to shave strokes off my
golf handicap with my husband/practice manager/travel partner/BFF, Brian.
